Calligraphy of health – how the body helps build well-being?
Workshops with Monika Urbańczyk, an international master, about how to happily live in your body.
Calligraphy of Health is an East Asian art of healing the body and spirit. It has its roots in ancient practices of Qi Gong, Tai Chi, and Yoga. The training consists of performing fluid movements involving the whole body combined with deep breathing. The movement adjusts to the rhythm of the breath, allowing us to experience deep relaxation, joy, calm, trust in ourselves and the world. Tension dissolves and stress flows away. The nervous system finally rests.
Although this is a gentle method, it works very deeply. The body opens up to its healing potential: we connect with ourselves, tune in to our body to actively listen. Through simple exercises, we restore balance in the body and awaken the body's natural abilities to regenerate. We activate life energy, thus improving our health and well-being.
All it takes is presence, curiosity, and readiness to meet yourself – gently, without judgment, with tenderness.
I invite you to the world of Calligraphy Health!
