At Columna Medica, we know how important it is to rely on your own body – that's why we created the Orthopedic Package, which will help you regain control, strength, and freedom. As part of the package, there will be an orthopedic consultation. The orthopedist, together with the physiotherapist, will provide recommendations and plan the rehabilitation process. Hip replacement, arthroscopy, ligament reconstructions, sports injuries, and chronic joint and muscle problems – if your issue matches these descriptions – you should visit us. Individual work with a physiotherapist is the path to fitness!

Breakfast, lunch and dinner

Accommodation with meals:

• 6 nights, 7 days in comfortable rooms with a four-star standard;

• Full board in the form of a buffet (breakfast, lunch, dinner);

The stay begins with lunch on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.

· Orthopedic consultation* - 1 x during the stay;

· Cosmetology consultation - 1 x during the stay;

*Medical consultations take place on Mondays

· First visit with a physiotherapist consultation 60min - 1 x during the stay;

· Sessions with a physiotherapist 60min - 4 x during the stay;

During sessions, the physiotherapist customizes treatments individually to the patient’s needs, including manual therapy, training, dry needling, and others;

· Sessions with a physiotherapist + Indiba Active 60min - 1 x during the stay;

· Lymphatic drainage + Indiba Active 60min - 1 x during the stay;

· Physical therapy treatments to choose from after consultation;

compex, boa, cryotherapy, currents, ultrasound - 10 x during the stay;

· Therapeutic massage 40min - 3 x during the stay;

· Group sessions in the pool 30min - 3 x during the stay;

· Dry massage on a water bed or mechanical lymphatic drainage - 3 x during the stay;

· Personal trainer session 60min - 1 x during the stay;
