At Columna Medica, we understand how important it is to rely on your own body – that's why we created the Orthopedic Package, which will help you regain control, strength, and freedom. The package includes an orthopedic consultation. The orthopedist, together with the physiotherapist, will provide recommendations and plan the rehabilitation process. Joint replacement, arthroscopy, ligament reconstructions, sports injuries, and chronic problems with joints and muscles – if your issue matches any of these conditions, you should visit us. Individual work with a physiotherapist is the path to fitness!

The stay begins with lunch on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.

· Physiotherapist session + Indiba Active 60min - 1 x during the stay;

· Lymphatic drainage + Indiba Active 90min - 1 x during the stay;

· Physiotherapy treatments to choose from after consultation;

compex, boa, cryotherapy, currents, ultrasound - 10 x during the stay;

· Therapeutic massage 40min - 3 x during the stay;

· Group sessions in the pool 30min - 3 x during the stay;
