Back pain does not have to be a daily occurrence. At Columna Medica, we have developed a package that allows for ease of movement and a life of comfort without limitations. The package includes a neurosurgical consultation. The neurosurgeon, together with the physiotherapist, will provide recommendations and plan the rehabilitation process. This is not ordinary rehabilitation - it is individual work with a therapist, fully tailored to your needs.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner

Accommodation with meals:

• 6 nights, 7 days in comfortable four-star standard rooms;

• Full board in the form of a buffet (breakfast, lunch, dinner);

The stay starts with lunch on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.

· First visit with consultation with a Physiotherapist 60min - 1 x during the stay;

· Sessions with a physiotherapist 60min - 3 x during the stay;

· Sessions with a physiotherapist + Indiba Active 60min - 3 x during the stay;

During the sessions, the Physiotherapist selects the treatment individually according to the Patient's needs, including manual therapy, training, dry needling, and others;

· Physiotherapy treatments to choose from after consultation;

compex, boa, cryo, currents, ultrasound - 10 x during the stay;

· Lymphatic drainage + Indiba Active 90min - 1 x during the stay;

· Therapeutic massage 40min - 3 x during the stay;

· Functional medical training with a trainer 60min - 1 x during the stay;

· Nordic Walking 40min* - 3 x during the stay;

· Group classes in the pool - 4 x during the stay;
