Loss of function after a stroke, neurological disease, or mobility limitations – these are challenges that change life. At Columna Medica, we help you overcome them step by step. The package includes a neurosurgical consultation, a consultation with a neurological physiotherapist, and a consultation with a urogynecological physiotherapist. Specialists will jointly give recommendations and plan the rehabilitation process. The rehabilitation process is based on monitoring progress and flexibly adapting the program to the patient's needs. The goal is to improve independence, quality of life, and everyday functioning.
Accommodation with meals:
• 6 nights, 7 days in comfortable rooms of four-star standard;
• Full board in the form of a buffet (breakfast, lunch, dinner);
The stay begins with lunch on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
Consultations:

Treatments:
· First visit with consultation with a Physiotherapist 60min- 1 x during the stay;
· Sessions with the physiotherapist 60min- 10 x during the stay;
During sessions, the Physiotherapist individually selects the treatment according to the Patient's needs, including manual therapy, training, dry needling, and others;
· Physical therapy treatments to choose from after consultation;
Compex, boa, cryotherapy, currents, ultrasound- 6 x during the stay;
· Individual sessions with the Physiotherapist in the pool- 4 x during the stay;
