Sunday - START

  • Meeting with Dietitian Katarzyna Arkuszyńska, who will help set your goals and action plan.

Monday - DIAGNOSIS

  • Dietary consultation with body composition analysis, to precisely assess what changes you need and which aspects require care.
  • Laboratory tests to provide a full diagnosis of your health condition

1. Complete blood count with smear.

2. Fasting glucose, fasting insulin, Homa IR coefficient.

3. TSH, FT3, FT4.

4. Lipid profile.

5. Homocysteine.

6. Vitamin D3 level.

7. Aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), bilirubin.

  • Cosmetology consultation – we take care of your beauty not only from the inside but also the outside.
  • First session with a physiotherapist to introduce you to a healthy lifestyle.
  • Nordic walking - instructional sessions under the supervision of a Physiotherapist.

Tuesday - ACTIVATION + SPA

  • Morning exercises with a physiotherapist (40 min) to strengthen your body.
  • Stretching with a personal trainer (45 min) – stretching that improves flexibility and prevents injuries.
  • Aqua aerobic (45 min) – energizing activity in the water.
  • Massage supporting the weight loss process using ICOONE equipment (40 min) – an innovative method for reducing cellulite and improving skin tone.

· Individual sessions with a physiotherapist (60min).

Wednesday HABITS + BURNING

  • Morning exercises with a physiotherapist (40 min).
  • Aqua aerobic (45 min).
  • Workshops with Clinical Dietitian Katarzyna ArkuszyńskaDiet and supplementation supporting weight loss
  • Lymphatic drainage supported by INDIBA Active (60min)
  • Pelvic floor muscle workshops and healthy back school – practical tips on how to maintain correct posture.
  • Evening fat burning training (60 min) – intense activity that will help burn calories.

Thursday STRENGTH + KNOWLEDGE

  • Morning exercises with a physiotherapist (40 min).
  • Aqua aerobic (45 min).

  • Personal training (60 min), tailored to your needs.

Friday YOGA + REGENERATION

  • Morning exercises with a physiotherapist (40 min).
  • Yoga and proper breathing workshops (60 min) – improving balance and flexibility.
  • Session with Sauna Master who will cleanse your body and mind.

Saturday:

  • Aqua aerobic (45 min) – the last activity before departure.
