Friday / Saturday / Sunday – an intensive and practical course preparing for childbirth and postpartum. In one place, you will meet experienced specialists who will help you understand how important movement is during childbirth. We will teach you effective exercises and tell you how to best take care of yourself and your baby before and after delivery.

- Working in pairs with a partner to make childbirth a shared experience
2. Additional classes:
- Yoga and exercises in water for pregnant women
- Boxing classes for expectant fathers
3. "Postpartum from a physiotherapist’s perspective" – instructor: Magdalena Gos
- How to take care of your body after delivery?
- Exercises supporting body recovery
- Tips for proper posture, sitting, and sneezing
4. Preparing the perineum for childbirth
- Exercises for the awareness of the pelvic floor muscles
- Learning to activate and relax muscles
- Working on hip and lower back mobility
- Taking care of the perineum after natural delivery and cesarean section
5. Breathing workshops – "Breathing during labor"
- Breathing techniques supporting the labor process
- Combining breathing with body movement
- Relaxation exercises helping to manage labor pain
