Winter Relaxation

Accommodation with meals included:

• 2 nights, 3 days in comfortable rooms with a four-star standard;
• Full board in the form of a Swedish buffet (breakfast, lunch, dinner);

The stay starts with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.

• Soothing Qigong of the Five Elements - sessions involving in-depth work with the body, mind, and breath. Qigong helps to relieve stress, tension in the body, and calms the mind;

Thursday

• Aqua aerobics – sessions in the pool at the Medical Wellness & SPA zone;
• Healthy Back School - an educational program with exercises concerning proper body posture and back pain prevention.

Friday

• Evening sauna ritual with the Sauna Master - an intensely warming session with natural aromatic oils and/or a cleansing inhalation session:
• Relaxing Yoga

Saturday

• Aqua aerobics – sessions in the pool at the Medical Wellness & SPA zone;
• Evening sauna ritual with the Sauna Master - an intensely warming session with natural aromatic oils and/or a cleansing inhalation session:
• Live guitar concert – restaurant;
