Accommodation with meals

- Individual exercises 40 min - 3 x during the stay
- PelviBoost individual exercises 20 min - 3 x during the stay
- Functional medical training under the supervision of a Physiotherapist 40 min – 3 x during the stay
PelviBoost - is an external smart device that strengthens your pelvic floor muscles. The training is conducted using an app. The workouts are interactive and engaging thanks to the use of games that are controlled by the deep muscles. You can track your progress in the app.
