Healthy Spine SILVER Package

The Silver Healthy Spine Package is dedicated to Patients: before and after spine surgery or spinal stabilizing procedures and with the use of implants, with changes of rheumatoid nature, with migrainous headaches, in prevention for those at risk of overstrain, leading a sedentary lifestyle, with spine pain of overstrain and degenerative character (sciatica, discopathies).

Accommodation with meals:

6 nights, 7 days in comfortable rooms with a four-star standard;
Meals in the form of a buffet (BB - breakfast included)

The package does not include full board. It is possible to purchase lunch, dinner featuring a buffet or à la carte.

Consultations:

Initial physiotherapy consultation – 1x during the stay;
Cosmetology consultation – 1x during the stay;
Body composition analysis conducted by a Dietitian – 1x during the stay;

The package does not include a medical consultation. It is possible to purchase a neurosurgical consultation for 320 PLN.

Manual therapy treatment (40') – 3x during the stay;
Functional medical training under the supervision of a Physiotherapist (40') – 1x during the stay;
Functional medical training under the supervision of a Physiotherapist (20') – 2x during the stay;
Treatments in the field of physiotherapy (to choose after consultation with a Physiotherapist) – 6x during the stay;
Therapeutic massage (20') – 3x during the stay;
Dry massage on a water bed (30') – 3x during the stay;

Calming Qigong of 5 elements - activities involving deep work with body, mind, and breath. Qigong helps to release stress, body tensions, and calms the mind;

Package regulations

Meals

Meals served in the form of a rich and varied buffet: breakfast, 7.00-10.00 AM; lunch, 1.00-3.00 PM; dinner, 6.00-8.00 PM;
\'A la carte' meals - according to the current chef's menu, orders are taken from 1.00 PM to 9.00 PM;
Everyone will find something for themselves, we serve meat dishes, vegetarian and vegan options. Soups, meat dishes, fish, side dishes, a large selection of cold slaws and salads, and sweet desserts.
During dietary retreats, an individual diet of 4-5 meals per day is prepared.
The meals depend on the type of stay purchased.

Developed by specialists at Columna Medica, a rich offer of rehabilitation stays and weight loss programs. The main specialization is orthopedic rehabilitation, spinal rehabilitation, and neurological rehabilitation. Additionally, in our offer, we have prepared a rehabilitation program for seniors and children and teenagers (e.g., a scoliosis program).

Columna Medica is located in the center of Poland, close to Łódź, with convenient access via the S8 and S14 express roads.

Our facility is situated in the surroundings of a 100-year-old pine forest, and from every spot, there is a beautiful view of the forest nature.

The charms of the nearby area encourage you to take walks, ride bicycles, and do nordic walking along forest paths, as well as along the charming and extremely clean Grabia River.

For our guests' use, we have a sports equipment rental service - nordic walking poles and bicycles.

30 km from our facility, a great proposition for both children and adults is the Family Amusement Park MANDORIA (accessible via S8).
