Orthopedic Package SILVER

The Orthopedic Program Silver is dedicated to patients after orthopedic surgeries, before and after hip / knee / shoulder joint arthroplasties, after injuries, sprains, and traffic accidents, with degenerative conditions, for the preventive purposes of musculoskeletal disorders.

Accommodation with meals:

6 nights, 7 days in comfortable rooms with four-star standard;
Meals in the form of a buffet (BB - breakfast included)

The package does not include full board. It's possible to purchase additional lunch, dinner in the form of a buffet or à la carte.

Consultations:

Initial physiotherapy consultation – 1x during the stay;
Cosmetology consultation – 1x during the stay;
Body composition analysis conducted by a Dietitian – 1x during the stay;

The package does not include medical consultation. It is possible to purchase an orthopedic consultation for 250 PLN (with ultrasound 300 PLN).

Treatments:

Manual therapy treatments (30') – 3x during the stay;
Individual exercises with a Physiotherapist (20') – 3x during the stay;
Functional medical training under the supervision of a Physiotherapist (20') – 6x during the stay;
Physical therapy treatments (choice after consultation with a Physiotherapist) – 6x during the stay;
Therapeutic massage (30') – 3x during the stay;
Dry massage on a waterbed (30') – 3x during the stay;
Group water aerobics (30') – 3x during the stay;

Package regulations

Meals

Meals served in the form of a rich and varied Swedish buffet: breakfast, 7:00-10:00; lunch, 13:00-15:00; dinner, 18:00-20:00;
À la carte meals - according to the current chef's menu, orders are taken from 13:00 to 21:00;
Everyone will find something for themselves, we serve meat dishes, vegetarian and vegan options. Soups, meat dishes, fish, sides, a large selection of cold salads and desserts, as well as sweet desserts.
During dietary retreats, an individual diet of 4-5 meals per day is prepared.
Meals depend on the type of stay purchased.

Rehabilitation
Developed by Columna Medica specialists, a rich offer of rehabilitation stays and weight loss stays. The main specializations are orthopedic rehabilitation, spine rehabilitation, and neurological rehabilitation. Additionally, in our offer, we have prepared a rehabilitation program for seniors, as well as children and adolescents (e.g., scoliosis program).

Columna Medica is located in the center of Poland, close to Łódź with convenient access via fast traffic roads S8 and S14.

Our facility is situated in the midst of a 100-year-old pine forest, offering beautiful views of the forest nature from every spot.

The charms of the nearby area encourage taking walks, biking, nordic walking along forest paths, as well as along the charming and exceptionally clean Grabia river.

We have a sports equipment rental service available for our guests - nordic walking sticks and bicycles.

At a distance of 30 km from our facility, a great proposition for children and adults is the Family Amusement Park MANDORIA (accessible by S8).
