Package starts from Sunday.

Accommodation with meals:

• 6 nights, 7 days in comfortable four-star standard rooms;
• Meals in the form of a Swedish buffet (BB - breakfast included)

The package does not include full board. There is an option to purchase lunch, dinner in the form of a Swedish buffet or à la carte.

Consultations:

• Initial orthopedic consultation - 1x during the stay;
• Initial physiotherapy consultation - 1x during the stay;
• Cosmetology consultation - 1x during the stay;
• Body composition analysis conducted by a Dietitian - 1x during the stay;
  
  

Diagnostic:

• Three-dimensional, static, and dynamic body posture analysis using DIERS Formetric 4D or Functional Movement Screen (FMS) or NEURAC - 1x during the stay;
  
  

Treatments:

• Session with a Physiotherapist (60') - 6x during the stay;
• Functional medical training under the supervision of a Physiotherapist (40') - 3x during the stay;
• Physiotherapy treatments (to be selected after consultation with a Physiotherapist) - 12x during the stay;
  
• Therapeutic massage (40') - 3x during the stay;
• Dry massage on a water bed (30') - 3x during the stay;
• Group water exercises (30') - 5x during the stay;

Recreational activities included in the offer:

Monday

• Dietitian - group meeting with a dietitian during which our specialist will provide you with a considerable amount of knowledge in the field of dietetics and healthy eating;

Tuesday

• Aqua aerobic – pool activities in the Medical Wellness&SPA Zone;

Wednesday

• Calming Qigong of the 5 elements - sessions involving in-depth work with the body, mind, and breath. Qigong helps relieve stress, bodily tensions, and calms the mind;
• Pelvic floor muscles workshop

Thursday

• Aqua aerobic – pool activities in the Medical Wellness&SPA Zone;
• Healthy Back School

Friday

• Evening sauna ritual with a Sauna Master - intensively warming up with natural aromatic oils and/or cleansing inhalation session:
• Relaxing Yoga

Saturday

• Aqua aerobic – pool activities in the Medical Wellness&SPA Zone;
• Evening sauna ritual with a Sauna Master - intensively warming up with natural aromatic oils and/or cleansing inhalation session:
• Live guitar concert – restaurant;

Due to organizational reasons, the schedule of activities is subject to change.
