Packages start from Sunday.

Accommodation with meals:

• 6 nights, 7 days in comfortable rooms with four-star standard;
• Meals in the form of a Swedish buffet (BB - breakfast included)

The package does not include full board. There is an option to purchase lunch, dinner in the form of a Swedish buffet, or à la carte.

Consultations:

• Initial orthopedic consultation - 1x during the stay;
• Initial physiotherapy consultation – 1x during the stay;
• Cosmetological consultation – 1x during the stay;
• Body composition analysis conducted by a Dietitian – 1x during the stay;
  
  

Diagnostics:

• Three-dimensional, static and dynamic analysis of body posture using DIERS Formetric 4D device or Functional Movement Screen (FMS) or NEURAC – 1x during the stay;
  
  

Treatments:

• Physiotherapy sessions (40') – 5x during the stay;
• Functional medical training under the supervision of a Physiotherapist (40') – 2x during the stay;
• Functional medical training under the supervision of a Physiotherapist (20') – 1x during the stay;
• Physical therapy treatments (choice after consultation with a Physiotherapist) – 10x during the stay;
  
• Therapeutic massage (30') – 3x during the stay;
• Dry massage on a water bed (30') – 3x during the stay;
• Group water exercises (30') – 3x during the stay;

• Dietitian - group meeting with a dietitian, during which our specialist will share a considerable amount of knowledge on dietetics and healthy eating;

Tuesday

• Aqua aerobics – pool activities in the Medical Wellness & SPA Zone;

Wednesday

• Calming QiGong of the five elements - sessions that involve in-depth work with body, mind, and breath. QiGong helps to release stress, body tensions, and calm the mind;
• Pelvic floor muscle workshop

Thursday

• Aqua aerobics – pool activities in the Medical Wellness & SPA Zone;
• Healthy Back School

Friday

• Evening sauna ritual with a Sauna Master - an intensely warming session with natural aromatic oils and/or a purifying inhalation session:
• Relaxing Yoga

Saturday

• Aqua aerobics – pool activities in the Medical Wellness & SPA Zone;
• Evening sauna ritual with a Sauna Master - an intensely warming session with natural aromatic oils and/or a purifying inhalation session:
• Live guitar concert – restaurant;

Due to organizational reasons, the schedule of activities may change.
