Self-esteem workshops with Gosia Ohme are an invitation to a unique personal-development event designed for deep regeneration, mindfulness and becoming closer to yourself. It is a space to pause, rest and strengthen your relationship with yourself — without pressure, at your own pace, in an atmosphere of support and calm. The package also includes Calligraphy Health workshops — the calligraphy of health — led by Monika Urbańczyk, an international teacher of this method. The practice combines movement, focus and breath, supporting the balance of body and mind. The experience is completed by music and relaxation on the water, creating conditions for true calm and regeneration — both physical and emotional. Monika Urbańczyk is an international Calligraphy Health teacher, practitioner and trainer since 2019, a student of Master Zhen Hua Yang, master of the Shaolin monastery. She is a strengths coach according to Gallup's talents.

Treatment at theSPA - a dedicated treatment for participants: HEAD SPA - Relax your head (50') an original signature relaxation ritual dedicated to the head area, neck and hair. Result: deep relaxation and soothing.
18:00-20:00 - Buffet dinner.
22:00-23:00 - Concert of gongs, Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls at the pool: the sounds of gongs combined with water and the night atmosphere – a magical end to the day.
