I invite you to the Tender Circle at Columna Medica — in a new, extraordinary place: the Stage in the forest. A place that helps you slow down, breathe deeper, and set aside for a moment everything you have to carry every day. This will be a meeting in a circle of women — without rush, without judgment, without the need to prove anything. With tenderness for yourself, with acceptance of what is weak and uncertain in us, but also alive and ready for change. For two days we will look at where you are today, what you need, and what else you have to face. Sometimes a circle, the presence of other women, and a tender conversation are enough for something important inside us to start coming together again. 7:00 PM – Author’s Evening „Painted with Words”, open meeting with the participation of: Gosia Ohme, Andrzej Nestorowicz, Joanna Sarapata. A meeting with words and art — a space for reflection and inspiration.
June 13 (Saturday) – Immersion in the Process

9:00 – 9:45 AM | Morning Body Awakening gentle warm-up
10:00 AM – 2:00 PM | Tender Circle with Gosia Ohme work in a circle of women — pause, conversation, return to oneself
2:00 PM lunch
Afternoon – time for yourself spa, pool, rest
6:00 PM dinner
10:00 PM | Concert of gongs, Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls at the pool: sounds of gongs combined with water and the night atmosphere – a magical end to the day.
* For the first 15 people, we offer reservation of spots on comfortable mattresses floating on the water to fully feel the magic of sounds.
